Frequently Asked Questions

We offer local delivery for a £3.50 delivery fee. There is no minimum order. We will confirm your delivery has been booked and provide a date and 1 hour time slot for when your items will be delivered. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days subject to availability. Monday-Saturday 

Postal orders are charged from £10.50 shipping fee and have a minimum requirement of 14kg. Parcels are packed in a temperature controlled box with ice packs to keep the items below the required temperature.  Mainland UK only. Parcels are shipped using a courier with tracking service.  Monday to Wednesday only. Excluding Bank Holidays. 

You can click and collect from 225 boothferry road HU4 6EY. When ordering you will be asked to choose a 15 minute time slot on the day of your choosing. You will receive an email confirmation of the booking. It is important for you to collect your order within your chosen time frame. Failure to collect without any contact (Upto 1 hour before) will be refunded minus a £5 restocking fee. Please contact me as soon as possible (at least 1 hour before) if you are unable to collect and we will happily rearrange your collection for another day/time. A £5 restocking fee applies to cancelled orders. 

 If you live within our standard delivery areas (mainland UK), and order before 12 noon Sunday to Tuesday, we endeavour to process and dispatch your order the next day. During extremely busy periods, orders may take longer to be dispatched. Orders are shipped using a "next day" service. Please note we aim for next day delivery but cannot guarantee it.  Any orders received between 12 noon on Tuesdays and 12 noon on Sunday will be dispatched on the next Monday (except for bank holidays when orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays).  Hullbullz Treats, Supplements and other non-frozen items, are shipped using Royal Mail, and will take between 3-5 working days to arrive. These items are dispatched Monday to Friday only. 

No. All mixed boxes sold online are premixed and contain a variety of proteins. However you can create your own custom mix by adding each flavour individually.

 We are only human and mistakes do happen. Please check your invoice when unpacking your order at home and get in touch with us as soon as possible if there are any errors (must be within 24hrs of receiving your order.)  We will address the problem immediately.
